MESSIAH WAS TO BE A PROPHET LIKE MOSES
Deuteronomy 18:15,18,19
"The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among
you, from your countrymen, you shall listen to him. 'I will raise up a
prophet from among their countrymen like you, and I will put my words in
his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him. 'And it shall
come about that whoever will not listen to My words which he shall speak
in My name, I Myself will require it of him. Deuteronomy 18:15,18,19
John 7:14
But when it was now the midst of the feast Yeshua went up into the temple,
and began to teach. The Jews therefore were marveling, saying, "How has
this man become learned, having never been educated?" Yeshua therefore
answered them, and said, "My teaching is not Mine, but His who sent Me.
"If any man is willing to do His will, he shall know of the teaching,
whether it is of G-d, or whether I speak from Myself. John 7:14
Act 3: 22-26
"Moses said, 'THE LORD G-D SHALL RAISE UP FOR YOU A PROPHET LIKE ME FROM
YOUR BRETHREN; TO HIM YOU SHALL GIVE HEED in everything He says to you.
'And it shall be that every soul that does not heed that prophet shall
be utterly destroyed from among the people.' "And likewise, all the prophets
who have spoken, from Samuel and his successors onward, also announced
these days. "It is you who are the sons of the prophets, and of the covenant
which G-d made with your fathers, saying to Abraham, 'AND IN YOUR SEED
ALL THE FAMILIES OF THE EARTH SHALL BE BLESSED.' "For you first, G-d raised
up His Servant, and sent Him to bless you by turning every one of you
from your wicked ways." Act 3: 22-26
MESSIAH'S BONES WERE NOT TO BE BROKEN
Numbers 9:12
They shall leave none of it until morning, nor break one of its bones.
According to all the ordinances of the Passover they shall keep it. Numbers
9:12
Exodus 12:46
In one house it shall be eaten: you shall not carry any of the flesh
outside the house, nor shall you break one of its bones.
Exodus 12:46
John 19 31-36
Therefore, because it was the Preparation Day, that the bodies should
not remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for that Sabbath was a high day),
the Jews asked Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might
be taken away. Then the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first
and for the other who was crucified with Him, but when they came to Jesus
and saw that he was already dead, they did not break his legs. But one
of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and
water came out. And he who has seen has testified, and his testimony
is true: and he knows that he is telling the truth, so that you may believe.
For these things were done that the Scripture should be fulfilled, “Not
one of His bones shall be broken.”
John 19 31-36
